Martina joined the Empera project as a Co-Founder and Partner, after being personally invited by Katka, making it a heart-driven initiative for her that combines professional expertise with personal passion. In her role, Martina ensures delivery excellence across executive search and recruitment projects within the full client portfolio.
She brings over 11 years of business experience, with a balanced background spanning both agency and in-house environments. Approximately half of her career has been dedicated to external recruitment and client advisory, while the other half was spent in-house in a strategic HR leadership role within the media industry.
Martina has extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment and client management, having successfully partnered with clients across multiple sectors and international markets. She has built and scaled high-performing teams from scratch, aligning hiring strategies with business goals and delivering tailored talent solutions across a wide range of functions.
With a background in Human Resources from Comenius University in Bratislava, she combines strong theoretical foundations with hands-on experience in talent operations. Martina also brings strong expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), consistently delivering efficient, scalable, and high-quality hiring solutions.
