Katarina has spent more than 12 years working at the intersection of media, consulting, and recruitment. Throughout her career, she has developed strong expertise in partnering with senior leaders, and understanding the organizational dynamics that drive long-term business success.
Over these years, she discovered how powerful genuine understanding can be. It builds trust, breaks through barriers, and, at times, solves what once seemed impossible. Therefore, in 2025, Katarina decided to bring together her background in business and recruitment into a new project with a clear purpose. She invited Martina, her former colleague and an experienced HR professional, to join her in creating a fresh, more thoughtful approach to executive search and recruitment for the Slovak and Czech markets.

As a student of I/O Psychology at Harvard Extension School, she continues to deepen her expertise in organizational psychology, bringing together data, real-world experience, and professional judgment in every client partnership.
