Bianka is responsible for brand communication and market visibility at Empera. She contributes to content creation, external communication and supports the company’s positioning in executive search and recruitment.
In her work, she focuses on clear communication of service value and on connecting strategic hiring topics with a business context. She contributes to brand building through website content, LinkedIn communication, marketing materials and event support.
Alongside her role at Empera, she studies general psychology, where she focuses on topics related to work and organizational psychology, career counselling and decision-making about people. She also studies at the Digital University, where she focuses on marketing strategy, communication and digital marketing.
