In her role, Martina oversees the day-to-day management of operations and actively contributes to client acquisition and recruitment delivery across key client projects.

She brings over five years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, having led agency initiatives across multiple sectors including finance, HR, and shared service centers. Martina has deep expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and has consistently delivered high-quality, scalable hiring solutions tailored to client needs.

Previously, she served as HR Director for nearly five years at Markiza Group. She established people processes, built a high-performing HR team, and elevated the strategic value of the HR function within the organization, ensuring strong synergies at the group level across the CEE region. Her experience extends beyond core HR, Martina also led AI-driven process optimization, internal communications, and ESG initiatives, including providing direction for a corporate philanthropic foundation.
