Before joining Empera, he led recruitment at Markíza Slovakia, where he also managed onboarding, internship programs, and internal mobility initiatives. Earlier in his career, he partnered with companies across multiple industries, delivering tailored hiring solutions.

With a background in psychology, Filip brings a people-centered mindset to recruitment, ensuring a thoughtful and structured approach at every stage of the process.
